Stainless Face Billet

• It is not often, that a revolutionary design emerges with the potential to change the way an entire industry makes their products. Precision brings you the industries first Stainless Face Billet grille. Without changing the look, at first glance, it has eliminated the two most common deficiencies of the billet grille. By the name, it implies that this is a new and unique category of grilles, and in fact it is. We use a patent pending design which takes the popular classic billet grille design, and mechanically locks a 1/8'' thick piece of 304 stainless steel to the front edge of the blade, creating the ultimate billet grille. It looks like a billet grille, but it never needs polishing. This Stainless Face grille always looks as new as the day you installed it, with the bling-bling of a chrome wheel. Soap and water washing is all the maintenance required. As an added benefit, the strong stainless face makes the billet bars 6 times stronger so you will not have bent bars or bars that sway on your vehicle and it will not scratch or pit as some aluminum bars do.

  

EZBillet

• For years Precision has offered a number of grilles that easily mount over the factory grille shell and often require no cutting or drilling. Today, the demand for this type of easy to install grille is so high that they created this entirely new category of EZbillet Grilles to make the applications easy to find in their line of over 700 grilles. Made to the same high standard as their Classic Billet Grille line, these grilles install with little or no drilling or cutting. This has created an entirely new market for the Do-It-Yourself enthusiast. What makes this line stand out, is the flexibility for the installer to choose how the final installation looks. You can simply install the grill over the existing shell (which often leaves some of the shell visible through the spaces of the billet grille), or you can use a body saw to quickly remove a portion the shell mouth (a cut that is not visible after the grille is installed) so that there is no apparent shell seen through the grille spaces of the billet grille).

  

EZStainless

Some competitors offer a grille that at first glance looks similar to the EZsolid grille, but on closer inspection you will find thinner aluminum of a much poorer grade which will dull quickly on your vehicle and one that is cut with a water jet machine leaving a ragged edge along all the cut lines. As with all Precision EZ grilles, this too is often a simple bolt over design for easy installation that is installed with little or no drilling or cutting (Some designs, do require cutting the shell). Check the description to find out if your application is a cut-out or an overlay. If it states (cut-out only), then cutting of the grille shell is required. If it states (cut or overlay), then the choice to cut or bolt-over is yours. If the part does not specify either than it is an overlay only.

''Phat Billet'' it's just what it sounds like, a full 1/8" thicker bar then our Classic Billet line. Tough vehicles need a tough grill. The ''Phat Billet'' is engineered with the same precision fit as our Classic Billet line which requires a custom install. As with all products that are engineered for a custom look, these grilles often require a more professional installation than ''EZ'' category grilles. Cutting and drilling is required in most cases. This industry leading grille is hand crafted from Aircraft Grade 6061-T6 Aluminum and is made from 34'' thick material. Each application is made of the finest materials and crafted to enhance the vehicle with precision fitting products.

  

Vertical Billet
